I can imagine your reaction right now.....u are like....yeh kaisi topic leke bait gayi nayana????Relax.....am just talking about something very simple.....but something which often goes unnoticed......right...I mean let me ask..How many of you give a space for yourself in life????I'll clarify my question.How many of you spend a tiny bit of time with yourself??Answer-Very few..

Now you will be thinking what's the need for it anywayz..Well there's....It can do wonders dear..Most of us keep grumbling , that i have time for nothing....and here you are asking to spend time for one self.....Many of times....we are lost .Lost among the crowd.Dont know what to do.Just keep racing in life..coz hey!!! its a fast -paced world....So i need to run too.....In this hurry we tend to lose our identity..Dont you think so??
So just to identify who you are,what you want....you need to keep a share of time for yourself.How to spend this exclusive time???Mein bathaathi hoo...It's damn simple..just sit in a corner of your house and reflect upon things...if you feel that you did some foolish or idiotic act...scold yourself..or when you feel you have done something praiseworthy give a pat on your back..It will make you feel good..By the way dont let anyone else see this self-interaction going on....Khaamakhaa galath fehmi ho jaayegii yaar....

Benefits????Many....u learn to enjoy and appreciate the little things in life which would otherwise have gone unnoticed..u learn to discover yourself....your likes,dislikes,what irritates you,what amuse you,what makes you cry,your talents..Its all about YOU......On the whole you learn to love yourself.....

Only if you love yourself , can you love others and be loved...howzzat????
